General terms and conditions of sale are between the consumers (further customer) and LANDJOFF Ltd., the founder of Internet store landjoff.com, to determine the purchasing and selling procedure and conditions.
Making an order and payment in the Internet store landjoff.com, you confirm that is aware of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Purchasing and selling takes effect after the whole payment for the products.
The goods and the prices on display have an informative nature on the landjoff.com website. The item can be different from the picture. On the picture can be details, which are not included in the item’s packaging.

Landjoff.com holds one-sided rights to change the general sale conditions and the offered product’s price policy at any time. Changes and additions to the pricelists and conditions to take effect from the moment of publication at landjoff.com. The conditions at the moment of the order are applicable.
Making a purchase:
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Currencies rates are based of EUR and update daily of European Central Bank.

Shipping and handling:
If your goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 2 working days, beginning from the moment of receiving cleared payment. The payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into our account.
The handling time is the number of working days we will take to post the item after receiving your cleared payment. This does not include the number of working days for delivery.
“Working days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as working days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.
No handling fees are charged on any product.
We accept back orders for all items, except those in "SELL OFF" category.
Usually the production of backordered products is within 5 working days. If due to some reason the time will be longer than usually, you will always be informed and option to cancel your order, if you don't wish to wait.
Shipping cost is charged on the basis of weight and delivery location.
The delivery time depend of the delivery location and the service.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
All of our products come with 180 days guarantee.
Landjoff.com does not take the responsibility if:
1. The damage of the product is the result of the customer fault.
2. The damage of the product is the result of the incorrect usage.
3. The product has a natural wear from the usage.
We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns or exchanges for all items (except customized products) within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts.
Shipping charges are not refundable (we will pay all shipping costs, including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error*). You will be responsible for the cost of return and safe return of any product purchased after which a refund of the purchase price will be made in full, unless the goods have been miss used, or are in a condition that warrants the product non-saleable. Depending of your prefferences, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account or like a vaucher for future purchace.
When returning an item please make sure you get a “proof of postage certificate” from the Post office (free of charge) and make sure to properly insure the item(s).
*NOTE: If you receive different from purchased color, size or item, then the mistake is our and we will pay all shipping costs, including the return shipping cost. The amount of return shipping cost is payable up to the amount of the original shipping cost.
